We integrate new design ideas into the available space adding character, warmth, comfort and function, and in harmony with the clients life style, budget and preferences. The process involves meetings with the client, conceptualization of the project and communication of design ideas through presentations of illustrations, samples of materials and/or computer generated (CAD) space planning, renderings, and working drawings that are clearly and accurately created and efficiently revised
as necessary, they may be transmitted through email to improve communication and satisfaction and to minimize project development time. If needed, we coordinate with the building contractor and structural engineers to produce construction drawings, and then submit them to the city for approval .

The firm has been established for 30 years and the owner, Garry Sandlin, is the sole factor with hands on design for each project no matter how small or how large.
