John Moustis grew up on the South Side of Chicago and now resides in Downers Grove, IL since 1993. In 1983, John started in the construction business working for a new home builder as a laborer and by 1991 opened his own construction & consulting business. John is also certified by HUD as an FHA 203(k) Consultant (Consults clients who want to renovate their home by addressing health & safety issues plus itemizing a cost breakdown for the proposed work).
This totals over 27 years of construction & design experience. He is dedicated in every way in helping you or your customer achieve the dream of owning a home.
Currently, John is a member of the Downers Grove Chamber of Commerce and he has donated much of his time in the construction and remodeling of homes for Habitat for Humanity, volunteered his construction experience for Boyscouts of America, local churches, schools, “Homes for Our Troops” and most recently was selected by a contractor to be a part of the rebuilding of a home in Illinois, for the ABC Emmy Award winning show “Extreme Makeover Home Edition”.
