My hourly consultation works so well with any type of client (Commercial, Residential, Universal Design, Healthcare, Event, Holiday, etc.). Meeting for an hour or two helps put the client at ease at a very minimum cost while getting good information from a certified professional about their upcoming project. From that point the client can decide (with my assistance if needed) how they would like to proceed with their project and how much my involvement would be. Either full "turn key" with project management from beginning to end or "partial involvement" with the client's implementing some things on their own. It's custom matched to each client per project because every project and every client is very different.
