Our Home Staging Services offer two options such as Consulting and “Hands-on” Staging that will help homeowners and Real Estate agents prepare a home for the market for both open house and private showings by staging it to help buyers imagine the property’s full potential and draw the highest offers…projecting the kind of warmth and “WOW” factor buyers will notice and remember!
“The Consultation”…It all begins with an initial 2-hour walk-through of your house inside and out, a room-by-room evaluation to assess the individual needs for that room. Everything from curb appeal to cabinets is covered. This service includes a detailed report (Action Plan) of recommended improvements and/or repairs you may want to consider for maximizing the value of your home. This detailed written report or Action Plan will also include ideas for de-cluttering, de-personalizing, organizing, placement and proper scale of your furniture and accessories and Home Staging tips for the DIY home owners. The Report/Action Plan will be submitted to both the homeowner and real estate agent if applicable.
“Hands On”….Because knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are two different things, or if you find the list from the home staging consultation becomes more work than you expected to do yourself, I can assist you in making the recommended changes from the Action Plan items to transform your home and ensure your home will show at its finest. Each room will be edited and arranged to show off its best features and can usually be completed in a Half Day (4 hours) or up to a Full day (8 hours+) depending on size of house.
