The process involves meetings with the client, conceptualization of the project and communication of design ideas through presentations of illustrations, samples of materials and/or computer generated (CAD) space planning, renderings, and working drawings that are clearly and accurately created and efficiently revised
as necessary, they may be transmitted through email to improve communication and satisfaction and to minimize project development time. If needed, we coordinate with the building contractor and structural engineers to produce construction drawings, and then submit them to the city for approval .

- We work closely with the client in the creation of their desired space, giving special attention to the detail of the colors, materials, lighting and hardware, finishes and/or any other factors involved in the design.

The firm has been established for 30 years and the owner, Garry Sandlin, is the sole factor with hands on design for each project no matter how small or how large. He is a past president for 2 consecutive terms of the Los Angeles chapter of The American Society of Interior Designers, ASID, and is Certified by the State of Calif. CCIDC.
